How do I make a purchase order on the website?
To make your purchase order :-
- Click on “Add to cart” option on products you wish or intend to purchase.
- Click on “Continue Shopping” to continue to add other products into the cart or click on “Checkout” to proceed to your desired form of payment for the products.
- You will be directed to a page which requires you to log in. This requires you to login to your account using your “Username and Password” to proceed. If you currently do not have an existing account with us, you would need to register an account before you proceed with the payment page. However, should you wish to not register you could always select the “Guest Checkout Option” which has also been provided at the checkout page.
- You will also need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “next” button.
- From this page, you would need to select your preferred shipping method and click the “next” button.
- Next you will need to select your preferred payment method then click the “next” button.
- After the above steps are completed, you will be prompted to reconfirm your biling details and shipping details. Lastly you are required to agree on the terms and condition before proceeding to submit the order.

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do now?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the virtual token, you will be able to set a new password for your account.
Can I cancel an existing order that has already been made?
- Yes, your order may be cancelled provided that the order is still within the pending grace period.
- Kindly please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email title “Request to cancel order” to notify us about the order cancellation. This would ensure that the cancellation process would be conducted smoothly without any issues.
- Orders that have been shipped out will not be elegible for cancellations.
